Supporters can still vote for the Chelsea Player of the Year and Goal of the Season awards.
The winners will be announced at the club’s Player of the Year awards ceremony, which takes place at Battersea Evolution next Tuesday (26 May).
The Blues were crowned Premier League champions with three games to spare, while we also added the Capital One Cup to our trophy cabinet earlier in the season.
There are many contenders for the Player of the Year prize, but which individual has stood out for you?
Eden Hazard took the award last season, while from the current squad John Terry, Petr Cech and Didier Drogba are previous winners.
You can also vote for your Goal of the Season, and there are some crackers to choose from, which can be seen in the video above.
From the current first team squad, both Oscar and Ramires have won the award in the past, while last season Lewis Baker took the prize for a back-heel he scored for our Under-21s.
Tickets for the event are still available, priced £240 per person.
